We were appointed by Forth Ports Plc to work with Harrison Fraser to consider the destination and brand potential for Leith Docks. Leith is part of the large-scale redevelopment of Edinburgh's waterfront and an area of the Dock that has been earmarked as 'the Hub', which will be the leisure and cultural heart of the wider development.

The Hub currently includes an Ocean Terminal, Leith's 420,000-square-foot shopping centre, and the Royal Yacht Britannia.

Colliers advised on the potential integration of leisure and cultural activities/ facilities into this mixed-use development, including examining events potential, animation of the waterfront, and the potential retail, cultural and commercial mix for the site.
