Colliers acted as sole adviser to Bristol Waterside Arena Limited, the consortium selected to develop the proposed Bristol Arena in Bristol, England. This mixed-use scheme incorporated an 11,000-seat multipurpose arena and concert venue capable of staging sporting events, entertainment, conferences and exhibitions in an innovative form that will be unique within the UK.

The scheme also proposed up to:

• 900 residential units
• 230,000 square feet of office space
• 50,000 square feet of leisure space
• 250 hotel rooms
• A health clinic
• 42,500 square feet of bars and restaurants
• On-site parking

As an extension to the Temple Quarter and situated on the edge of the city centre adjacent to Temple Meads train station, this project will rejuvenate 10 acres of derelict, brownfield land and will be heavily focused on being both physically and economically sustainable.
