Colliers has been commissioned by LNC Properties, a Scottish-based investment company, to help them with their plans for the redevelopment of a mixed-use shopping and leisure centre at Bremen Waterfront, Germany.

We are working with LNC to develop a new leisure concept for a building previously occupied by an indoor space theme park. Developing a facility that works in harmony with the shopping centre and provides a leisure destination for residents and visitors are key considerations informing the current concept thinking. It is anticipated that the concept will be based on providing a mix of commercial leisure opportunities, with a potential focus on adventure and extreme sports complemented by 'try and buy' retail.
