Permitting and Government Approvals

Colliers works with our environmental, engineering and legal teams to facilitate the procurement of all required permits and government approvals for the development projects we oversee. The Global Development Solutions team is particularly experienced at identifying and procuring permits in a timely fashion. Our role in permitting is as follows:

Map out and refine permitting requirements and develop a strategy
Present the project to officials and community groups
Review consultant deliverables for content and message consistency
Work with the team to prepare applications and presentations
Develop and negotiate contracts
