Director Seán Young has over 15 years of experience in leisure and culture-led regeneration. He specializes in the planning, development and delivery of large-scale destination development projects. Working closely with clients, Mr. Young provides strategic development advice supported by detailed market, financial and operational analysis.

Mr. Young has helped to deliver significant projects for the Science Museum, the British Film Institute, Project Bluestone and the Belfast Waterfront. Additional projects include:

Cardiff Bay: Advised on the concept, management, branding and operation of this 1,100-hectacre, mixed-use waterfront destination, complete with open space, commercial, housing and industrial development, and a new freshwater lake.

In addition, he has acted as an expert assessor for funding bodies, and is advising on a number of large-scale, mixed-use developments across the United Kingdom and Europe.
