Andrew Matthewman heads up Colliers International's Project Management team in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). Mr. Matthewman has extensive international work experience, having spent four years in California and successfully setting up an office in Atlanta, Georgia. More recently, he has been involved in detailed mixed-use projects in Kazakhstan and Turkey.

Mr. Matthewman has managed major tenant fit-out schemes, as well as "shell and core" (and CAT A) projects for developer clients. This work enables him to understand the objectives of both parties in pre-let schemes. He has been extensively involved in the management, coordination and negotiation of all technical matters for the Heads of Terms and Agreements for Lease.
