David Faulkner has over 27 years of experience in commercial real estate and has worked in Hong Kong for over 24 years. Mr. Faulkner has advised on a variety of major projects in Asia, including valuations, feasibility studies, strategic planning and development consultancy. He covers all the major sectors, including residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and leisure, and specializes in large-scale, mixed-use projects including integrated resorts, destination retail, townships, infrastructure, development zones and urban renewal.
His projects include :
Pacific University: Performed a feasibility study and financial analysis of a university and associated residential and commercial facilities in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Ma On Shan Rail: As a member of a government-appointed team, completed a study on the development aspects of a proposed rail system to Ma On Shan in Hong Kong.
Mixed-Use Development:Completed a feasibility analysis for a 32-square-kilometer property located in Guangdong, China.
Nexus Residence: Prepared a detailed market survey and feasibility study for the development of a luxury low-rise residential resort project at the Nexus Resort in Karambunai, Sabah.
Urban Renewal Project K7: Provided consultancy services to the Urban Renewal Authority for market valuations for non-domestic and single-owned property interests for a large-scale redevelopment scheme comprising a total of approximately 1,650 property interests in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.
Mr. Faulkner is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute's North Asia Council, the Best Practices Committee of the Asian Public Real Estate Association, and the Asia Board of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
