With over 12 years of real estate consulting and financial experience, Dan Feldman, Financial Manager for Colliers International, has completed transactions totaling over $1.0 billion. He is responsible for directing project operational and financial analysis, including the design, implementation and maintenance of decision support systems. Over the course of his career, he has led large government contracts, public offerings, debt placements, real estate transactions, and construction and development projects.

Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico: Project Manager for the Government Development Bank (GDB) of Puerto Rico, assisting in the development of several underutilized properties in the San Juan Metropolitan Area, including the Roosevelt Roads Parcel and the Piñero Parcel.

Judicial Counsel of California: Acting as Managing Consultant, facilitated an interactive project management system for over 600 facilities, conducted due diligence coordination, designed and implemented financial reporting mechanisms, participated in legislative review and amendments, and carried out logistical support.
