Malcolm Allan serves as Director for Colliers in the United Kingdom. Mr. Allan has led or worked on teams creating retail-led development strategies for sites in Eire, the Ukraine, Russia and London's docklands. He has also worked on the following waterfront development projects:

Middlehaven Destination Development: Provided preliminary destination development advice on the United Kingdom's first large-scale, One Planet Living mixed-use development in Middlehaven, Middlesbrough.

Cardiff Bay: Advised on the concept, management, branding and operation of this 1,100-hectacre, mixed-use waterfront destination, complete with open space, commercial, housing and industrial development, and a new freshwater lake.

Mr. Allan is a town planner and urban economist, and has had a 30-year career in development. He has worked in both local and national government, and as a consultant in the private sector for such companies as PA, VH&A, Thinqglobal, and Placebrands.
